This service is designed to maintain your vehicle’s value and comfort between deep details. By dropping off at our Tilton location, you receive a professionally sanitized interior and a shielded exterior, ensuring your daily driver stays looking sharp and feeling fresh without a long wait. Cancellation Policy
The Express Series is designed as a high-efficiency maintenance reset to keep your vehicle showroom sharp. To ensure we can provide this fast-turnaround service for all our clients, the following policies apply specifically to our Express packages. 1. Shop-Exclusive Service All Express Detail services are performed exclusively at our Tilton shop located at 549 W Main St. Mobile service is not available for the Express Series to ensure we have the controlled environment and professional equipment needed for a high-speed turnaround. 2. Vehicle Condition Requirements The Express Detail is a maintenance-level service designed for vehicles in relatively good condition. This package does NOT include heavy pet hair removal, sand extraction, mold remediation, or "biohazard" cleaning (bodily fluids/heavy smoke). If upon assessment your vehicle requires work beyond the scope of an Express Detail, we will recommend an upgrade to our Full Series Restoration. 3. Arrival & Appointment Efficiency Because our Express slots are scheduled for maximum efficiency, being on time is critical. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in your appointment being rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client’s time slot. 4. Cancellation & No-Shows We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. No-shows for scheduled Express slots will be required to settle the estimated value of the missed service before being allowed to re-book. 5. Preparation & Personal Items Please ensure all personal belongings, car seats, and trash are removed from the vehicle before your drop-off. RAG'S Detailing is not responsible for lost, moved, or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle during the cleaning process. 6. Pickup & Completion You will be notified via text or call as soon as your vehicle is RAG'S Approved and ready for pickup.
