This service is designed to maintain your vehicle’s value and comfort between deep details. By dropping off at our Tilton location, you receive a professionally sanitized interior and a shielded exterior, ensuring your daily driver stays looking sharp and feeling fresh without a long wait. Cancellation Policy
The Express Series is strictly a Quick Lane Clean. This is a surface-level maintenance service. If you are looking for a deep clean, stain removal, or long-term protection, this is not your package. Booking this service online has a 1 day waiting period, but walk-in's may get in same day if we are in shop By booking an Express service, you agree to the following terms. 1. Scope of Service: The "Wash and a Wipe" The Express Series is a high-efficiency surface refresh. It includes: Exterior: Professional Hand Wash + Dry. Interior: Quick vacuum of floors/seats and a wipe-down of interior plastics. Glass: Windows cleaned inside and out. 2. What is NOT Included To maintain our "Quick Lane" speed, we do NOT include any specialized detailing work in this tier, but they can be added as enhancements We do not perform any carpet or upholstery extraction. This package does not include pet hair removal, sand extraction, or tree sap removal. If your vehicle has mud-caked floors, heavy staining, or "biohazard" conditions, we will require an upgrade to our RAG’S or Signature Series. 3. Shop-Exclusive Service Location: All Express services are performed exclusively at our Tilton Shop [549 W Main St]. No Mobile: We do not offer mobile service for the Quick Lane. 4. Appointment Efficiency & Lateness Our Quick Lane slots are scheduled back-to-back. The 10-Minute Express Rule: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client. Drop-Off: You may drop off your vehicle up to 24 hours prior to your service. 5. Preparation & Personal Items Clear the Cabin: All personal belongings, car seats, and trash must be removed from the vehicle prior to drop-off. Liability: RAG'S Detailing is not responsible for lost, moved, or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle. 6. Cancellation & No-Shows Notice: We request at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
