Every detail starts with a clearly defined Foundation, with optional enhancements available for specific concerns such as stains, pet hair, deep cleaning, paint improvement, protection, odor treatment, and other condition-based needs.

Our goal is simple: perform the services you selected to the RAG’s Standard.

If you believe an area included in your booked service was not completed properly, contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the concern and, when appropriate, correct work that falls within the scope of the service you purchased at no additional charge.

◆ WHAT THE GUARANTEE COVERS

✓ Work specifically included in your booked Foundation

✓ Enhancements you selected and paid for

✓ Areas that were reasonably accessible and safe for us to service

✓ Correction of workmanship that does not meet the agreed service scope

◆ WHAT IT DOES NOT MEAN

Our Satisfaction Guarantee does not mean every stain, scratch, odor, defect, contamination, or cosmetic issue is guaranteed to be completely removed.

Some conditions require additional treatments beyond the Foundation or may only be improved rather than completely eliminated.

If a concern requires an enhancement or additional service that was not originally selected, we will explain the options before performing additional work.

No additional work will be added without your approval.
