We bring a deep-clean restoration to your doorstep, saving you the hassle of a shop drop-off. We focus on lifting the deep-set soil and bacteria from your upholstery and carpets, ensuring your interior is a clean, restored space that feels brand new again. Cancellation Policy
To maintain the RAG’S Standard of quality and keep our schedule efficient for all clients, we operate under the following terms. By booking a mobile service, you agree to these policies. 1. Mobile Environment Requirements To deliver a professional result, our Master Technicians require a specific workspace: -Space: Clients must provide a safe, level working environment with adequate clearance for our mobile rig and room to work around the vehicle. -Water: Access to a working outdoor water spigot is required for services that include an exterior package. -No Residential Garages: To ensure the highest quality finish, we do not perform services inside client garages. Professional detailing requires specific lighting and range of motion that residential garages cannot accommodate. We work in open, outdoor environments or at our controlled Tilton Shop only. 2. The Weather Policy [The RAG’S Standard] Mobile detailing is heavily weather-dependent. To ensure the integrity of our graphene sealants and technical labor, we cannot perform mobile services in rain, snow, high winds, or extreme temperatures (Below 40 Degrees, above 90). -Rescheduling: In the event of inclement weather, RAG’S reserves the right to reschedule your service. -The Tilton Backup: To keep your appointment on the books, if there is an opening, we may offer to move the service to our Tilton Shop [549 W Main St] so the job is done right and protected from the elements. -Automated Updates: If weather forces a change, we may move you to the soonest available opening. You will receive an email notification and can adjust that date through your client portal if needed. 3. Vehicle Condition & Preparation Personal Items: Please remove all personal belongings, car seats, and trash prior to our arrival. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the cabin. Surcharges: Vehicles with excessive pet hair, sand, mud, or biohazards [bodily fluids/heavy smoke] will need an enhancement to reach the RAG's Standard of Quality. This will be discussed during the initial multi-stage assessment upon our arrival. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Your time is valuable, and so is ours. We request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests Every vehicle we touch must be RAG'S Approved before we pack up the rig. We appreciate you providing the workspace needed to make that happen.
