The Essential Home-on-Wheels Reset This is our foundational all-in-one package designed to return your rig to a clean, sanitized, and protected state. We focus on removing the New Hampshire road grime from the exterior and performing a deep-level sanitization of the interior living quarters. This package provides the "RAG’S Standard" of cleanliness for both your chassis and your living space. The Full Detail Process: Low-Pressure Roof Wash: Safe rinse of the roof membrane to remove organic growth, mold, and mildew. Heavy Bug & Tar Removal: Chemical breakdown and removal of heavy organic matter on the front cap and mirrors. Foam Bath & Hand Wash: 2-step contact wash of the entire exterior to lift surface grit safely. Wheel & Tire Cleaning: Deep-scrub of rims and tires to remove road salt and browning. Graphene Ceramic Sealant: Hand-application of our professional Graphene coating for 6-8 months of hydrophobic exterior protection. Exterior Glass Cleaning: Streak-free cleaning of all exterior windows and mirrors. Trash Removal & De-clutter: Clearing of all loose debris from the interior. Deep Interior Vacuum: Industrial-strength vacuuming of all floors, seating areas, and accessible storage. High-Heat Steam Sanitization: 212°F steam cleaning of the kitchen (sink/counters), bathroom (shower/toilet), and cockpit to kill bacteria. Surface Wipe-Down: Meticulous cleaning of all walls, cabinet faces, and dashboards to remove dust and fingerprints. Appliance Cleaning: Cleaning of the microwave and refrigerator (interior/exterior). Cancellation Policy
To maintain the RAG’S Standard of quality and keep our shop schedule efficient, we operate under the following terms. By booking a shop service, you agree to these policies. 1. The Tilton Shop Advantage Our shop is a controlled, professional environment designed for surgical-level detailing. This environment allows us to perform our highest-end services—like the Signature Series and Ceramic Coatings— this also allows us to perform any service regardless of outside conditions. 2. Shop Intake & Procedures Arrival: Please arrive at your scheduled time. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting our Master Technicians’ workflow and other clients. Early Drop-Off: For your convenience, you may drop off your vehicle up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. (we may get to it sooner) Pickup: You will be notified via text or call as soon as your vehicle is RAG’S Approved and ready for pickup. 3. Vehicle Condition & Preparation To allow us to focus on the restoration of your vehicle, we request the following: Personal Items: Please remove all personal belongings, car seats, and trash from the vehicle prior to drop-off. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the cabin. Multi-Stage Assessment: We perform a professional assessment upon arrival. If the vehicle requires work beyond the booked package, we will discuss price adjustments before the work begins. 5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Your time is valuable, and so is ours. We request at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests to maintain our shop efficiency. At RAG'S, we don't just clean—we restore.
