RAG’s Detail Series is designed for vehicles requiring a more in-depth level of cleaning and protection than standard maintenance services. This service focuses on restoring overall cleanliness, improving vehicle presentation, and protecting interior and exterior surfaces through advanced cleaning methods and professional-grade protection products. Ideal for daily drivers, moderately neglected vehicles, or clients seeking a cleaner, richer, and more professionally maintained appearance without stepping into paint refinement and restoration services.
Cancellation Policy
To maintain the RAG’S Standard of quality and keep our shop schedule efficient, we operate under the following terms. By booking a shop service, you agree to these policies. 1. The Tilton Shop Advantage Our shop is a controlled, professional environment designed for surgical-level detailing. This environment allows us to perform our highest-end services—like the Signature Series and Ceramic Coatings— this also allows us to perform any service regardless of outside conditions. 2. Shop Intake & Procedures Arrival: Please arrive at your scheduled time. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting our Master Technicians’ workflow and other clients. Early Drop-Off: For your convenience, you may drop off your vehicle up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. (we may get to it sooner) Pickup: You will be notified via text or call as soon as your vehicle is RAG’S Approved and ready for pickup.
