The "Lot-Ready" Standard
Service Description
This package is built for speed and visual impact. We focus on the "Money Areas"—the engine, the paint, and the smell—to get the car listed and sold. ✅ What is Included: -Engine Bay Detail: Full degrease and factory-finish dressing. Shows the buyer the car has been maintained. -Mechanical Clay Bar Treatment: We strip the lot grit and iron fallout to get the paint glass-smooth for better photos. -3-Month High-Gloss Sealant: Adds an immediate "wet look" and keeps the car cleaner while sitting on the lot. -Enzyme Interior Sanitization: We use professional enzymes to kill odor-causing bacteria and refresh the cabin air. -Dry Decontamination: High-pressure blowout of vents, tracks, and crevices followed by a deep vacuum. -The Details: Clean door jambs, streak-free glass, and non-sling tire dressing. ❌ What is NOT Included: -Carpet shampooing or extraction. -Interior protection dressing (No "Pop"). -Heavy pet hair or sand removal. -Machine polishing/scratch removal. Cancellation Policy
To maintain the RAG’S Standard of quality and keep our shop schedule efficient, we operate under the following terms. By booking a shop service, you agree to these policies. 1. The Tilton Shop Advantage Our shop is a controlled, professional environment designed for surgical-level detailing. This environment allows us to perform our highest-end services—like the Signature Series and Ceramic Coatings— this also allows us to perform any service regardless of outside conditions. 2. Shop Intake & Procedures Arrival: Please arrive at your scheduled time. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting our Master Technicians’ workflow and other clients. Early Drop-Off: For your convenience, you may drop off your vehicle up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. (we may get to it sooner) Pickup: You will be notified via text or call as soon as your vehicle is RAG’S Approved and ready for pickup. 3. Vehicle Condition & Preparation To allow us to focus on the restoration of your vehicle, we request the following: Personal Items: Please remove all personal belongings, car seats, and trash from the vehicle prior to drop-off. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the cabin. Multi-Stage Assessment: We perform a professional assessment upon arrival. If the vehicle requires work beyond the booked package, we will discuss price adjustments before the work begins. 5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Your time is valuable, and so is ours. We request at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests to maintain our shop efficiency. At RAG'S, we don't just clean—we restore.
