Cancellation Policy

To keep appointments running smoothly and maintain the RAG’s Standard, please review the following before booking. APPOINTMENTS Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. DEPOSITS A deposit is required to reserve your appointment. -Standard services: $25 -Mobile / Premium / specialty services: $50 -Deposits are applied to your final invoice and may be forfeited for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice. BUILD YOUR OWN DETAIL -Your base service is the foundation of your detail. -Enhancements are used to target specific concerns such as stains, pet hair, deep shampooing, compartments, plastics, odor, protection, paint contamination, buffing, and more. -If a treatment was not selected, it is not automatically included. -We may recommend additional services after inspecting the vehicle, but no additional paid work will be performed without your approval. VEHICLE PREPARATION -Please remove personal belongings, valuables, firearms, child seats when possible, and excessive trash before your appointment. -Compartments, consoles, gloveboxes and storage areas are only detailed when that enhancement is selected. PAYMENT + DOCUMENTATION -Payment is due when service is complete. -RAG’s Detailing LLC may photograph or video vehicles before, during, and after service for documentation, quality control, training, warranty support, and marketing.
