Rodent activity, mold growth, nesting material, droppings, urine residue, moisture intrusion, mildew, debris, and severe odors require far more than a standard detail. RAG's Rodent & Mold Remediation Detail is an intensive interior recovery service designed for heavily contaminated vehicles. We target accessible nesting material, droppings, debris, odor sources, mold-affected areas, and neglected interior surfaces using deep cleaning, extraction, steam treatment, targeted remediation procedures, odor removal systems, and interior surface protection. Our remediation process includes intensive cleaning of carpets, upholstery, floor mats, seat tracks, cargo areas, storage compartments, consoles, door panels, cracks, crevices, plastics, vinyl, leather, and interior glass. Every Remediation Detail also includes a complete exterior hand wash, wheel and tire cleaning, exterior glass cleaning, and hand dry so your vehicle leaves clean inside and out. Because every contamination event is different, final pricing is determined by vehicle size, contamination level, odor severity, accessibility, required disassembly, and whether additional remediation or damaged material replacement is necessary.
Cancellation Policy
To maintain the RAG’S Standard of quality and keep our shop schedule efficient, we operate under the following terms. By booking a shop service, you agree to these policies. 1. The Tilton Shop Advantage Our shop is a controlled, professional environment designed for surgical-level detailing. This environment allows us to perform our highest-end services—like the Signature Series and Ceramic Coatings— this also allows us to perform any service regardless of outside conditions. 2. Shop Intake & Procedures Arrival: Please arrive at your scheduled time. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting our Master Technicians’ workflow and other clients. Early Drop-Off: For your convenience, you may drop off your vehicle up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. (we may get to it sooner) Pickup: You will be notified via text or call as soon as your vehicle is RAG’S Approved and ready for pickup. Appointment Deposit To reserve your appointment, a booking deposit is required for all services. Most services: $25 Specialty & premium services: $50 Your deposit secures your appointment and is applied toward your final balance. Deposits are non-refundable and may be forfeited for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.
