Signature is built for owners who expect more than a traditional detail. Building upon RAG's Series, Signature delivers a deeper level of restoration, refinement, and protection designed to dramatically improve your vehicle's overall condition, appearance, and presentation. The interior receives expanded restoration throughout carpets, upholstery, leather, plastics, vinyl, trim, and hard-to-reach areas, while the exterior is professionally decontaminated and enhanced with a one-step paint enhancement to restore gloss, clarity, depth, and richness while safely reducing light swirls, oxidation, haze, and everyday imperfections. Every surface is meticulously refined, protected, and inspected to produce a noticeably cleaner, richer, and more complete finished result. Cancellation Policy
To maintain the RAG’S Standard of quality and keep our shop schedule efficient, we operate under the following terms. By booking a shop service, you agree to these policies. 1. The Tilton Shop Advantage Our shop is a controlled, professional environment designed for surgical-level detailing. This environment allows us to perform our highest-end services—like the Signature Series and Ceramic Coatings— this also allows us to perform any service regardless of outside conditions. 2. Shop Intake & Procedures Arrival: Please arrive at your scheduled time. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting our Master Technicians’ workflow and other clients. Early Drop-Off: For your convenience, you may drop off your vehicle up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. (we may get to it sooner) Pickup: You will be notified via text or call as soon as your vehicle is RAG’S Approved and ready for pickup. Appointment Deposit To reserve your appointment, a booking deposit is required for all services. Most services: $25 Specialty & premium services: $50 Your deposit secures your appointment and is applied toward your final balance. Deposits are non-refundable and may be forfeited for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.
