Service Description
A professionally detailed vehicle deserves ongoing care to protect its appearance, preserve its protection, and reduce long-term wear. The Preserve Membership provides the minimum maintenance schedule we recommend for vehicles that are driven regularly but don't require frequent service. By maintaining your vehicle every six months, you help preserve your investment while reducing the need for costly restoration in the future. -Our recommended minimum maintenance schedule -Exclusive member pricing -Priority scheduling -Convenient mobile service at your home or workplace -Helps preserve your vehicle's appearance and protection year-round Membership Requirements -Available exclusively for vehicles already in maintenance condition. -A qualifying RAG's Detail or Signature Detail is required before enrollment.
Cancellation Policy
Mobile Service Policy RAG's Mobile Detailing brings the same professional experience directly to your home or workplace, allowing you to enjoy premium vehicle care without interrupting your day. To provide the highest quality results, some specialized restoration services are performed exclusively at our Tilton detailing facility. Vehicle Assessment Every vehicle is unique. Upon arrival, your technician will perform a quick assessment to confirm the scheduled service is the best fit for your vehicle. If we believe another service or our shop environment would provide significantly better results, we'll discuss your options with you before any work begins. Service Requirements A safe, level work area with adequate space around the vehicle is required. An outdoor water spigot is required for services that include exterior detailing. Mobile services are performed outdoors. We do not perform detailing inside residential garages. The vehicle must be accessible at the scheduled appointment time. Weather Mobile detailing is weather dependent. Appointments may be rescheduled due to rain, snow, high winds, or temperatures that prevent safe service or professional results. Whenever possible, we'll offer the option of moving your appointment to our Tilton shop. Vehicle Preparation Please remove personal belongings, valuables, child seats, and excessive trash before your appointment. RAG's Detailing is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle. Deposits & Scheduling A booking deposit is required to reserve every appointment. Most services require a $25 deposit. Premium and specialty services require a $50 deposit. Deposits apply toward your final invoice. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits may be forfeited for missed appointments, inaccessible vehicles, or late cancellations. Vehicle Documentation: RAG's Detailing may photograph or video record your vehicle before, during, and after service for quality control, documentation, training, warranty support, and marketing purposes.
