Service Description

Focused entirely on the inside of your vessel. We deep scrub the vinyl, clean out every storage locker, and sanitize the surfaces to kill bacteria and mold. We finish with Graphene and UV shields to protect the helm and trim from the sun. The Process: -Deep Interior Vacuuming: Removal of all sand and debris from floors and storage. -Under-Seat Deep Clean: We clean every inch of the storage areas and under cushions. Anything found is bagged and returned. -Full Interior Cleaning: Deep cleaning of cupholders, tables, and high-touch areas. -Driver Area Detail: Deep clean and UV protection of the steering area and electronics. -Vinyl Scrub & Condition: Removal of embedded dirt from seats, finished with a non-greasy UV shield. -Interior Armor: Graphene applied to hard surfaces and UV protection on all plastic and fiberglass trim. Cancellation Policy

To maintain the RAG’S Standard of quality and keep our shop schedule efficient, we operate under the following terms. By booking a shop service, you agree to these policies. 1. The Tilton Shop Advantage Our shop is a controlled, professional environment designed for surgical-level detailing. This environment allows us to perform our highest-end services—like the Signature Series and Ceramic Coatings— this also allows us to perform any service regardless of outside conditions. 2. Shop Intake & Procedures Arrival: Please arrive at your scheduled time. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting our Master Technicians’ workflow and other clients. Early Drop-Off: For your convenience, you may drop off your vehicle up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. (we may get to it sooner) Pickup: You will be notified via text or call as soon as your vehicle is RAG’S Approved and ready for pickup. 3. Vehicle Condition & Preparation To allow us to focus on the restoration of your vehicle, we request the following: Personal Items: Please remove all personal belongings, car seats, and trash from the vehicle prior to drop-off. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the cabin. Multi-Stage Assessment: We perform a professional assessment upon arrival. If the vehicle requires work beyond the booked package, we will discuss price adjustments before the work begins. 5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Your time is valuable, and so is ours. We request at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests to maintain our shop efficiency. At RAG'S, we don't just clean—we restore.
