Service Description

This is our most complete overhaul. We pull every cushion, clean deep under every seat and storage locker, and bag any personal items we find for you. The exterior gets a full clay bar treatment to pull grit out of the pores before we lock it down with Graphene armor. The Process: -Surface-Safe Topside Wash: Manual removal of lake film and organic growth from the deck and hull. -Waterline Scum Removal: Acid-treatment of the waterline to strip calcium and yellowing (TCI-503 for aluminum). -Foam Bath: Contact wash to safely lift grit without marring the finish. -Mechanical Decontamination: Full Clay Bar to pull embedded grit out of the gelcoat or aluminum. -Graphene Ceramic Armor: Hand-application of professional Graphene for 6-8 months of hydrophobic protection. -Deep Interior Vacuuming: Industrial vacuuming of all deck carpets, bins, and hidden crevices. -Under-Seat Deep Clean: We clean through and under all seating and storage areas. All gear found is bagged and set aside for you. -Sanitizing Surface Scrub: Deep scrub of the cabin and cockpit to kill bacteria and mold. -Helm & Captain’s Station: Detailed cleaning and protection of all gauges, electronics, and controls. -Vinyl Deep Scrub: Intensive seat cleaning to pull out sunscreen and body oils, finished with a UV shield. -Interior Armor Suite: Graphene applied to required hard surfaces and UV blockers on all trim. Cancellation Policy

To maintain the RAG’S Standard of quality and keep our shop schedule efficient, we operate under the following terms. By booking a shop service, you agree to these policies. 1. The Tilton Shop Advantage Our shop is a controlled, professional environment designed for surgical-level detailing. This environment allows us to perform our highest-end services—like the Signature Series and Ceramic Coatings— this also allows us to perform any service regardless of outside conditions. 2. Shop Intake & Procedures Arrival: Please arrive at your scheduled time. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting our Master Technicians’ workflow and other clients. Early Drop-Off: For your convenience, you may drop off your vehicle up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. (we may get to it sooner) Pickup: You will be notified via text or call as soon as your vehicle is RAG’S Approved and ready for pickup. 3. Vehicle Condition & Preparation To allow us to focus on the restoration of your vehicle, we request the following: Personal Items: Please remove all personal belongings, car seats, and trash from the vehicle prior to drop-off. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the cabin. Multi-Stage Assessment: We perform a professional assessment upon arrival. If the vehicle requires work beyond the booked package, we will discuss price adjustments before the work begins. 5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Your time is valuable, and so is ours. We request at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests to maintain our shop efficiency. At RAG'S, we don't just clean—we restore.
