Every vehicle starts with a professional interior and exterior base detail, then you customize it around your vehicle’s actual needs. Instead of forcing every vehicle into the same package, you start with the RAG’s Foundation and add only the treatments that matter to you. Deeper shampooing, stains, pet hair, compartments, paint decontamination, protection, buffing, odor treatment and specialty work are all available as enhancements. Start with the base. From there, choose the interior, exterior, and specialty enhancements that target the concerns that matter most to you. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ IMPORTANT TO KNOW The interior base is a professional surface-level reset. Deep shampooing, heavy stains and soil, pet hair, compartments, odor treatment, paint contamination, water spots, buffing, and protection upgrades must be selected separately when needed. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHY IT WORKS Not every vehicle needs the same detail. Cancellation Policy
To keep mobile appointments running smoothly and maintain the RAG’s Standard, please review the following before booking. MOBILE SERVICE AREA -Mobile detailing is performed outdoors at the customer’s location. -Please make sure we have enough space to safely work around the vehicle. -Mobile service is weather dependent and may need to be rescheduled for rain, storms, unsafe conditions, or extreme weather. -We do not perform mobile detailing inside customer garages. TRAVEL -Travel charges apply based on distance from our Tilton shop. -Any applicable travel charge will be added to your invoice. DEPOSITS -A deposit is required to reserve your appointment. -Standard services: $25 -Mobile / Premium / specialty services: $50 -Deposits are applied to your final invoice and may be forfeited for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice. BUILD YOUR OWN DETAIL -Your base service is the foundation of your detail. -Enhancements are used to target specific concerns such as stains, pet hair, deep shampooing, compartments, plastics, odor, protection, paint contamination, and more. -If a treatment was not selected, it is not automatically included. -We may recommend additional services after inspecting the vehicle, but no additional paid work will be performed without your approval. MOBILE SERVICE LIMITATIONS -Mobile detailing is designed for routine cleaning, maintenance, and appropriately conditioned vehicles. -Heavy restoration, severe contamination, mold, major odor concerns, heavy paint correction, or other specialty work may require service at our Tilton shop. -If we determine the vehicle is not appropriate for mobile service, we may recommend moving the appointment to the shop. VEHICLE PREPARATION -Please remove personal belongings, valuables, firearms, child seats when possible, and excessive trash before your appointment. -Compartments, consoles, gloveboxes, trunks, and storage areas are only detailed when that enhancement is selected. -Please make sure the vehicle is accessible and available at the scheduled time. PAYMENT + DOCUMENTATION -Payment is due when service is complete. -RAG’s Detailing LLC may photograph or video vehicles before, during, and after service for documentation, quality control, training, warranty support, and marketing.
