Service Description
A ceramic coating is not a one-size-fits-all service. The right coating package depends on your vehicle’s current condition, paint quality, protection goals, maintenance habits, and how long you plan to own the vehicle. Our Ceramic Coating Evaluation gives us the opportunity to properly inspect your vehicle before recommending a coating package. During the evaluation, we look over the paint condition, surface contamination, gloss level, existing defects, trim condition, and overall prep requirements needed before installation. We’ll walk you through our System X nano ceramic coating options, explain the difference between short-term protection and true long-term ceramic protection, and help you understand what level of prep is recommended for your vehicle before coating. This evaluation helps determine whether your vehicle is best suited for: System X Crystal+ Professional long-term ceramic protection with strong gloss, slickness, and hydrophobic performance. System X Pro+ A higher-level coating option designed for longer durability, stronger protection, and enhanced performance. System X Max G+ Our highest-level System X coating option for clients looking for maximum long-term protection. This is also where we explain important details such as paint enhancement, decontamination, coating maintenance, warranty expectations, cure time, and how to properly care for the vehicle after installation.
Cancellation Policy
To maintain the RAG’S Standard of quality and keep our shop schedule efficient, we operate under the following terms. By booking a shop service, you agree to these policies. 1. The Tilton Shop Advantage Our shop is a controlled, professional environment designed for surgical-level detailing. This environment allows us to perform our highest-end services—like the Signature Series and Ceramic Coatings— this also allows us to perform any service regardless of outside conditions. 2. Shop Intake & Procedures Arrival: Please arrive at your scheduled time. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting our Master Technicians’ workflow and other clients. Early Drop-Off: For your convenience, you may drop off your vehicle up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. (we may get to it sooner) Pickup: You will be notified via text or call as soon as your vehicle is RAG’S Approved and ready for pickup.
