Service Description
Our RV Exterior Detail starts with a professional Foundation designed to safely clean normal surface dirt and grime from the main exterior of your RV. You get the essential professional hand cleaning first, then add only the treatments your RV actually needs. ◆ EXTERIOR FOUNDATION ✓ Professional foam/prewash ✓ Hand wash of exterior body ✓ Hand dry ✓ Wheels and tires cleaned ✓ Exterior windows and mirrors cleaned ✓ Tire dressing where appropriate ➜ TARGET YOUR CONCERNS Need more than a normal exterior cleaning? Add treatments for concerns such as: ✓ Roof buildup ✓ Heavy bugs and tar ✓ Black streaks ✓ Awning contamination ✓ Bonded contaminants ✓ Water spots ✓ Oxidation and fading ✓ Ceramic protection ⚠ Roof cleaning, contamination removal, oxidation correction, machine polishing, and protection treatments are not automatically included in the Foundation. Cancellation Policy
To keep mobile appointments running smoothly and maintain the RAG’s Standard, please review the following before booking. MOBILE SERVICE AREA -Mobile detailing is performed outdoors at the customer’s location. -Please make sure we have enough space to safely work around the vehicle. -Mobile service is weather dependent and may need to be rescheduled for rain, storms, unsafe conditions, or extreme weather. -We do not perform mobile detailing inside customer garages. TRAVEL -Travel charges apply based on distance from our Tilton shop. -Any applicable travel charge will be added to your invoice. DEPOSITS -A deposit is required to reserve your appointment. -Standard services: $25 -Mobile / Premium / specialty services: $50 -Deposits are applied to your final invoice and may be forfeited for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice. BUILD YOUR OWN DETAIL -Your base service is the foundation of your detail. -Enhancements are used to target specific concerns such as stains, pet hair, deep shampooing, compartments, plastics, odor, protection, paint contamination, and more. -If a treatment was not selected, it is not automatically included. -We may recommend additional services after inspecting the vehicle, but no additional paid work will be performed without your approval. MOBILE SERVICE LIMITATIONS -Mobile detailing is designed for routine cleaning, maintenance, and appropriately conditioned vehicles. -Heavy restoration, severe contamination, mold, major odor concerns, heavy paint correction, or other specialty work may require service at our Tilton shop. -If we determine the vehicle is not appropriate for mobile service, we may recommend moving the appointment to the shop. VEHICLE PREPARATION -Please remove personal belongings, valuables, firearms, child seats when possible, and excessive trash before your appointment. -Compartments, consoles, gloveboxes, trunks, and storage areas are only detailed when that enhancement is selected. -Please make sure the vehicle is accessible and available at the scheduled time. PAYMENT + DOCUMENTATION -Payment is due when service is complete. -RAG’s Detailing LLC may photograph or video vehicles before, during, and after service for documentation, quality control, training, warranty support, and marketing.
