Our Quarterly Maintenance Membership is designed for clients who want their vehicle professionally refreshed four times a year, helping prevent heavy buildup while keeping it clean, protected, and looking its best throughout every season. Perfect for daily drivers, family vehicles, and anyone who wants consistent professional care without committing to monthly service. Vehicles requiring restorative cleaning, excessive pet hair, heavy staining, or other intensive services may require additional enhancements or a Full Detail before beginning the membership.
Cancellation Policy
Shop Service Policy To maintain the RAG's Standard of quality and keep our shop operating efficiently, all shop appointments are subject to the following policies. By booking a shop service, you agree to the terms below. 🏢 The Tilton Shop Advantage Our Tilton detailing facility provides a controlled environment designed to deliver the highest level of quality possible. With professional lighting, specialized equipment, and protection from the elements, we're able to perform everything from routine detailing to advanced restoration, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and specialty services—regardless of the weather. 🚗 Shop Appointments Arrival Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments. Early Drop-Off For your convenience, vehicles may be dropped off up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. When scheduling allows, we may even begin work sooner. Pickup We'll notify you by text or phone call as soon as your vehicle has passed our final quality inspection and is RAG's Approved for pickup. 📅 Appointment Deposits A booking deposit is required to reserve every shop appointment. Most services: $25 Premium & specialty services: $50 Your deposit is applied toward your final invoice. Deposits are non-refundable and may be forfeited for: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice Missed appointments (no-shows) 🔑 Vehicle Preparation To help us provide the best possible service, please remove all personal belongings, valuables, firearms, child seats (when possible), and excessive trash before your appointment. While we take every precaution when working on your vehicle, RAG's Detailing is not responsible for personal items left inside. Vehicle Documentation: RAG's Detailing may photograph or video record your vehicle before, during, and after service for quality control, documentation, training, warranty support, and marketing purposes.
