Cancellation Policy

Mobile Maintenance Service Policy RAG'S Mobile Maintenance Services are designed to maintain clean, well-kept vehicles through convenient professional care at your home or workplace. Mobile services are not intended for restoration-level detailing. Vehicles requiring more extensive work will be recommended for service at our Tilton Shop. By booking Mobile Maintenance, you agree to the following: Vehicle Eligibility -Mobile Maintenance is intended for vehicles already in maintenance condition. -Vehicles requiring deep interior cleaning, excessive pet hair removal, heavy stain or salt removal, heavy sap removal, chemical decontamination, paint enhancement, ceramic coating installation, mold remediation, rodent cleanup, or other restoration-level services must be serviced at our Tilton Shop. -Every vehicle is assessed upon arrival. If the condition exceeds the scheduled mobile service, we will discuss the appropriate shop service before work begins. Service Requirements -A safe, level work area with adequate space around the vehicle is required. -A functioning outdoor water spigot is required for services that include exterior maintenance. -Mobile services are performed outdoors only. We do not perform detailing inside residential garages due to lighting, workspace, ventilation, and quality limitations. -The vehicle must be accessible at the scheduled appointment time. Weather Policy Mobile services cannot be performed during rain, snow, high winds, or extreme temperatures below 40°F or above 90°F. -RAG'S reserves the right to reschedule appointments when weather conditions prevent safe service or proper results. -When availability allows, we may offer to move the appointment to our Tilton Shop. Vehicle Preparation -Remove personal belongings, valuables, child seats, and excessive trash before the appointment. -RAG'S Detailing is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle. Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling -A non-refundable booking deposit is required for every appointment. -Most services require a $25 deposit. Select premium or specialty services require a $50 deposit. -The deposit is applied toward the final invoice. -A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. -Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations, missed appointments, or inaccessible vehicles.
